Legacy Keepsakes
At LionHawk, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and products. Due to the nature of our services, which involve creating personalized and individually recorded keepsake interviews, we do not offer refunds or returns.
All sales of our services are final. Once a client has purchased a Legacy Keepsake, the service will be performed as agreed upon. We commit to delivering the completed digital keepsake, along with any additional services, to the best of our abilities.
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with technical errors, we will work with the customer to address and resolve the issue promptly. If technical issues can’t be fixed or resolved, a full refund will be issued, OR a re-recording of the Legacy Keepsake will be rescheduled and recorded. The client may choose which they would prefer.
Scheduling Details:
Up to 5 reschedules will be allowed due to illness, family emergencies, death of a loved one, or unexpected internet or computer failure on the client’s side.
LionHawk reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to fulfill the recording of the digital keepsake(s) with us.

Digital Download Products
All digital download sales are final. No returns or refunds allowed. If there is a technical error in receiving any digital downloads, we will do our best to get the product to the customer in a timely manner.
